Perspective
It appears the fine folks at Latitude 38 (my fave sailing rag) gained some perspective recently down island:

It's always nice to hear from others who likewise don't get so stirred up over silly news items. After all, we've been having some splendid weather lately, and I've been making good progress on sailboat projects rather than blogging. Pardon my absence; it's been fun. :-)

I just noticed your articles on the simpleliving.net website detailing your experiences with the ymoyl program. They have been quite inspirational and am enjoying the details you have been adding to the articles. I've been very curious about some details of those who have reached F13 (did they initially feel silly accounting for every penny?) and your articles have been satisfying that curiosity.

Thanks! I've been slow on the blogging of late, due to other things in life taking priority. I'll be more active again now. There has been some news lately of sub-prime mortgage troubles, which I want to blog about. After all, is there any kind of debt other than "sub-prime"? :-)
